CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Norwegian-speaking Customer Support & Reactivation Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon. In this position, you will support a fast-growing subscription-based service, helping customers manage their accounts, improve their experience, and re-engage with the service.

Qualificações

• Fluent Norwegian (C1/C2) with good English.
• Experience in customer support, sales, or contact center environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills for outbound calls.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers via outbound calls, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
• Contact former or inactive customers to understand their needs and encourage reactivation.
• Assist with subscription management, including plans, deliveries, and account updates.
• Provide clear and helpful information about products and services.
• Identify customer concerns and offer suitable solutions to improve their experience.
• Ensure accurate communication and maintain high service quality standards.
• Contribute to customer retention and overall satisfaction.

Your Role

• Support customers via outbound calls, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and engaging experience

Your Profile

• Fluent Norwegian (C1/C2) with good English skills
• Previous experience in customer support, sales, or contact center environments is an advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (especially for outbound calls)
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple communication channels
• Ability to handle targets and performance-driven environments
• Team player with adaptability and a positive attitude
