CB Talents is seeking a Norwegian-speaking customer support professional based in Lisbon to deliver high-quality assistance during standard daytime hours. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer records in a fast-paced, international team.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Norwegian, reside in the Lisbon area, and can work 08:00–17:00 with strong listening and empathy. Local working rights are required; relocation is not provided.

Requirements

• Location: Must be a local candidate already residing in or around the Lisbon metropolitan area.
• Schedule: Full availability to work a fixed daytime schedule (08:00 - 17:00).
