personalbro-u-herrmann is looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Support & Reactivation Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon. You'll support a growing subscription service, helping customers manage their accounts and enhance their experience.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Norwegian (C1/C2) and possess strong communication skills. Full-time position with health insurance and paid annual leave are included.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish with good English skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or sales is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers via outbound calls, email, and chat.
• Contact former customers to understand their needs.
• Assist with subscription management and account updates.
