Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Norwegian-speaking IT Customer Service Expert to join our Athens-based IT operations in Greece. This onsite role requires strong Norwegian language skills and a customer-centric approach to technical support.

You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, troubleshoot issues, document cases, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents. Relocation is provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Norwegian is mandatory.
• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece.
• Proficiency in English for internal business communication.
• Ability to relocate to Athens for onsite work.
• Demonstrated passion for technology and IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware inquiries in Norwegian.
• Manage customer interactions via phone, chat, and email, ensuring optimal resolution in the IT sector.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and provide user-friendly solutions to end-users.
• Maintain detailed documentation of IT cases in the CRM system for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve high-priority incidents.
• Stay updated on IT trends and product features to deliver accurate support.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by meeting performance KPIs.
