Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a senior EMEA Network Architect / Senior Network Engineer (Data Center) in Lisbon with 7+ years of hands-on DC networking experience. You will design and operate EVPN/VXLAN DC fabrics using Juniper EX/QFX environments and lead migrations with a strong emphasis on underlay/overlay routing, L2/L3 extension strategies, and automation.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of hands-on enterprise Data Center networking experience.
• Expertise with Juniper EX/QFX platforms and JunOS troubleshooting.
• Proven experience designing and operating EVPN/VXLAN-based DC fabrics.
• Strong knowledge of BGP EVPN, VXLAN, spine-leaf, Anycast Gateway, and L2/L3 extension strategies.
• Experience with Juniper Virtual Chassis and VCF deployments.
• Deep routing knowledge: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS.
• Experience delivering DC migration and transformation projects.
• Ability to create HLDs and LLDs and define network standards and security requirements.
• Experience with Python, Ansible, REST APIs and IaC principles.
• Familiarity with Azure ExpressRoute and hybrid networking architectures.
• Certifications such as JNCIP-ENT/DC, JNCIE-ENT/DC, CCNP Enterprise, CCIE Enterprise, or Azure Networking Specialty.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and operate Data Center fabrics (EVPN/VXLAN).
• Lead DC migration/transformation programs and govern architecture reviews.
• Define network standards, security requirements, capacity planning and procedures.
• Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, NAM, APAC and stakeholders.
• Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Leverage underlay/overlay concepts, troubleshoot routing & switching, multicast and HA.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring engineers as part of onboarding programs.

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise Data Center networking.
• Strong expertise with Juniper EX and QFX platforms.

• Proven experience designing and operating EVPN/VXLAN-based Data Center fabrics.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities across underlay and overlay networks, routing & switching, multicast, and high-availability environments.
• Ability to create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Experience defining network standards, operational procedures, security requirements, and capacity planning.
• Ability to perform technical reviews and architecture governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with global teams across EMEA, NAM, and APAC.
• Experience with Python, Ansible, REST APIs, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Experience integrating physical and virtual networking environments.
• Familiarity with VMware NSX networking concepts.
• Experience with Azure ExpressRoute and hybrid networking architectures.
• Knowledge of load balancing solutions such as AVI, F5, or Citrix ADC.
• Certifications such as JNCIP-ENT/DC, JNCIE-ENT/DC, CCNP Enterprise, CCIE Enterprise, or Azure Networking Specialty.
