• 6+ years of experience in ETL / Data Warehouse testing, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including ETL testing, data validation, and data integration/migration testing.
• Solid knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts (SCD, dimensional modeling, schema design) and experience validating large-scale datasets and complex transformations.
• Advanced SQL expertise across relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Teradata), including complex query development for validation and reconciliation.
• Experience with ETL test automation tools (e.g., FitNesse, Rabit, Informatica DVO) and test management/reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, TestRail).
• Proven experience supporting SIT, UAT, and Production environments, including data validation and issue troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Azure Repos), including integration of automated testing in deployment processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, ownership, and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile and distributed team environments.
• Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0, including modeling concepts and experience validating Data Vault-based solutions.
• Experience with Data Vault automation tools (e.g., WhereScape, VaultSpeed, dbt).
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD) and automating ETL testing within pipelines.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure Repos, Bitbucket).
• Experience building or enhancing ETL test automation frameworks.
• Exposure to modern data platforms, cloud environments, and advanced data testing practices.
• Design, execute, and maintain ETL/Data Warehouse testing strategies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and quality across systems.
• Perform source-to-target validation, data reconciliation, and validation of data migration, transformation, and integration processes.
• Develop and maintain ETL test automation solutions, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment, contributing to solution design, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure test documentation, standards, and best practices are followed, while identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Support SIT, UAT, and Production environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to resolving complex technical challenges, promoting knowledge sharing, and maintaining a holistic view of product quality.
