Netflix Operations, in Lisbon, is seeking Catalan and Spanish-speaking agents to support Netflix customers. This on-site role with Teleperformance Portugal offers a 12-month initial contract and 40 hours/week on a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Option A relocation package includes a company apartment and €1,059.33 gross/month, while Option B provides €1,262.33 gross/month total cash. Health insurance starts Day 1 and a 2-week English training accelerates onboarding.
