Cross Border Talents is seeking O2C Specialists with multiple language skills to relocate to Porto, Portugal. You will manage orders and invoices, handle billing and collections, and coordinate with clients in French, German, Dutch, or English to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French, German, Dutch or English.
• Good command of English for multilingual communication.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders and invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle billing, payments, and collections in line with internal procedures.
• Communicate with clients in French, German, Dutch, or English to resolve account issues.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order-to-cash processes.
• For Senior or Team Leader roles: mentor team members and guide the team to meet goals.
