About the Role

In this role, you will contribute to the smooth execution of financial and administrative processes, working closely with clients and internal teams across multiple language markets, including French, German, Dutch, and English. This is an excellent opportunity for European nationals to relocate to Portugal and grow your career in a dynamic, international environment where innovation and patient care are a priority.

Your Responsibilities

Manage and process customer orders and invoices with accuracy and timeliness.

Handle billing, payments, and collections in compliance with internal procedures.

Communicate with clients in French, German, Dutch, or English to resolve account issues.

Support month-end closing activities and reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order-to-cash processes.

For Senior or Team Leader roles: mentor team members, provide guidance, and ensure departmental goals are met.

Your Profile / Requirements

Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Dutch, or English.

Good command of English for multilingual communication.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Leadership skills for Senior or Team Leader positions.

European nationality.

Willingness to relocate to Portugal.

Availability to start immediately.
