Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting a French-speaking Junior O2C Specialist to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in the medical device sector from Porto, Portugal. The role focuses on order management, billing and collections, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely invoicing.

You will work with ERP systems, generate invoices, perform cash applications, and assist in month-end closing. The package includes 14 salaries and relocation support.

Qualifications

• English skills (C1). Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Receivable, O2C, or Finance operations experience (2–5 years is a plus). Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. At least 6 months of experience in Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly via email and inquiries.
• Generate invoices and credit notes ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Perform daily cash applications for customer payments.
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Assist in reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closing, and audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data in the ERP system.
