Grubtech is hiring a proactive Customer Success Specialist to onboard new customers and drive ongoing adoption of our platform across multiple markets. The role emphasizes building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring customer success through effective communication in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

The candidate will work autonomously within a fast-growing team, focusing on onboarding, ongoing support, and collaboration with product teams to improve the customer experience.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (mandatory).
• At least 1 year experience in Onboarding, Customer Success, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.

Responsabilidades

• New customer onboarding: main point of contact for a smooth transition.
• Relationship management: build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Success analysis: monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Problem solving: act as a platform specialist and resolve challenges.
• Feedback and improvement: gather client input to guide product development.
