Key duties include interpreting inquiries with AI tools, managing email and ticket workflows, and guiding partners through operations while maintaining high-quality responses and fast turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Strong professional written and spoken English required.
• High comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, DeepL) and CRM software (Salesforce).
• Sharp eye for detail to ensure accurate context in translations and responses.

Responsabilités
