Responsabilidades

• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to hardware and software products.
• Deliver services and support, guidance and solutions; process quotes and orders.
• Aim for highest first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed notes in the ticketing system for each incident.
• Cooperate with other support level teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Be the point of contact for Channel Partners and Distributors for non-technical inquiries.
