Air Apps, founded in Lisbon and now with offices in Lisbon and San Francisco, seeks a User Acquisition Manager (Performance Marketing) to lead multi-channel growth efforts. You will optimize spend, improve CPI/CPA, and align user growth with business goals across paid and organic channels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is required.
• 4+ years of proven experience in user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Familiarity with major ad platforms and analytics tools and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies, including paid search, paid social, display ads, influencer marketing, and referral programs.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns for maximum ROI, managing budgets and targeting.
• Track KPI metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously test new channels and creatives to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to support product launches and promotions.
