InnoTech in Porto, Portugal is seeking a skilled ML Engineer to design, build, and scale data pipelines and ML infrastructure for production-ready services.

You will deploy ML models, create APIs, and establish MLOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management across cloud-native environments. Strong Python skills and experience with AWS SageMaker are preferred.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of professional ML or backend engineering experience.
• Hands-on with end-to-end ML pipelines and model deployment.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker and cloud services.
• EU work permit or CPLP nationality.

Your Mission Will Be

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML infrastructure that support data-driven products;
• Build and deploy production-ready machine learning services, APIs, and end-to-end ML workflows;
• Establish MLOps practices, including CI/CD, testing, data quality, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.

You Will Need

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer and/or Backend Engineer, with strong Python or similar programming skills;
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end ML pipelines, model deployment, ML APIs, MLOps frameworks such as MLflow or Kubeflow, and ML lifecycle management;
• Experience with AWS ML services, particularly SageMaker, as well as SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and Kubernetes;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience with Computer Vision, NLP, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or Pandas;
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, as well as asynchronous messaging solutions;
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability practices for ML systems and cloud-based infrastructures.
