Geotab in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Success Migration Specialist for a 12-month contract. This full-time role focuses on converting Verizon Reveal customers to the MyGeotab platform through engaging phone interactions.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales, business development, telesales, or customer-facing commercial role.
• Comfortable handling objections and staying positive when customers push back or go quiet.
• Able to explain value in plain, persuasive language.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to Verizon Reveal customers.
• Explain the benefits of switching platforms.
• Log all activity and keep your pipeline up to date in Salesforce.

Conhecimentos

Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English

Exceptional verbal and written fluency in Portuguese
