Job summary

Gomining is growing its legal team and seeks a versatile lawyer to own a broad range of corporate and commercial work as we scale across multiple jurisdictions. The role offers autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, provide corporate support across our multi-jurisdictional group, and coordinate with external counsel while collaborating with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Excellent English required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of legal experience focused on corporate law and commercial contracts.
• Experience at an international law firm (ILF) – 2+ years is a strong plus.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to navigate non-standard situations independently.
• English at B2/C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate support across our multi-jurisdictional group of companies, including corporate documentation and entity-level changes.
• Support legal review of new product launches and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel across multiple countries.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams on day-to-day legal matters.
• Help develop and improve contract templates and internal legal processes.
• Support risk identification and pre-litigation matters.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on corporate law and commercial contracts
• Experience at an international law firm (ILF) — 2+ years is a strong plus
• Sharp critical thinking and the ability to independently navigate non-standard situations
• High resilience and comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a fast-moving environment
• Proactive mindset — able to see tasks through without constant oversight
• English at B2/C1 level or above
