AgileEngine, LLC in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions.

You will draft and maintain contract templates and review MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and DPAs, advising sales, HR, finance and delivery on legal issues.

1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house team and excellent written and spoken English are required; IT industry experience and cross-border matters are a plus.

• Support compliance work across the jurisdictions where we operate.
• Advise internal teams (sales, HR, finance, delivery) on legal questions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on EU and international law matters.
• Support other team members with day-to-day legal issues.
