Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC in Portugal (Braga) is seeking a Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions.

You will review Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs and DPAs with vendors, draft and maintain contract templates, and support compliance across jurisdictions while liaising with sales, HR, finance and delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English.
• Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements).
• Organized, proactive and able to work independently.

• Support other team members with day-to-day legal issues.
