Decskill seeks an IP Address Management Engineer to support IPAM operations in Lisbon. You will validate requests, allocate IPs, monitor utilization and document changes, collaborating with network teams and service providers.
Ideal candidates hold a CS/SE degree, 3+ years with IPAM tools such as Infoblox or BlueCat, and fluent English. CCNA or ITIL v4 is desirable. This role emphasizes ownership, technical growth, and ITIL-aligned processes.

Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day operation and administration of IP Address Management (IPAM) tools and services. Receive, validate, process and manage IP address management requests from internal users. Coordinate and relay requests to other network and infrastructure providers when required. Perform IP address allocation, reservation and management. Support network planning, subnet design and subnet management activities. Monitor IP address utilisation and configure/handle usage alerts. Analyse and troubleshoot IPAM, DNS/DHCP and network-related issues. Prepare and maintain network documentation, reports and audit records. Ensure adherence to ITIL-based support processes and change management procedures. Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams, service providers and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field. ITIL Foundation v4 certification is desirable. CCNA certification or equivalent is desirable. More than 3 years of experience with IPAM tools such as Infoblox, BlueCat or similar/custom solutions is highly desirable. Solid understanding of IP Address Management (IPAM) principles, DNS/DHCP services and network segmentation. Good knowledge of WAN routing, SD-WAN and cloud networking. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate complex network and system interactions. Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and change management. Fluent in English (mandatory).
