Ace Of Performance in Lisbon is seeking a motivated Google Ads Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns. You will work across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max, turning data into actionable strategies.

Ideal candidates have a year of Google Ads experience, strong Excel skills, and a curious, creative approach. The role offers a flexible hybrid setup and opportunities to grow with AI-enabled processes.

Qualificações

• A degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or something similar.
• At least one year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, or Performance Max).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a big plus.
• An analytical mind and a drive to deliver results.
• Curiosity about marketing and digital advertising.
• Excellent Excel skills are a big plus.
• Someone who's creative, energetic, and comfortable with AI tools.
• Great communication skills and a 'let's make it happen' attitude.

The Role:
We're searching for a passionate Google Ads Campaign Manager who loves the challenge of creating and fine-tuning online campaigns that actually work. You'll be working across different markets, using Google's paid media ecosystem to bring in new leads and users for a variety of products. If you enjoy mixing strategy with data-driven thinking and living inside Google Ads all day, this could be your perfect fit.
