Zumub in Portugal is seeking a Campaign Support & Execution specialist to help set up, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads and more. You will monitor CPC, ROAS and CTR, prepare dashboards, and contribute to data-driven decisions, while collaborating with creative and content teams to test ads and landing pages.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 2 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

• Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in the setup, management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance dashboards and regular reporting to ensure data-driven decisions.
• Market & Competitor Research: Support research on trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and help refine ad strategies for maximum efficiency.
• Creative & Copy Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different platforms and audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred)
• Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (2 years required)
• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in Portuguese and Independent in English
• Real team-player - Autonomous, proactive and responsible
• Good organizational skills
