Delnext in Portugal is seeking a Campaign Support & Execution specialist to help set up, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and more. You will monitor CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and support dashboards for data-driven decisions, while researching market trends and competitors.

Collaborate with design and content teams to optimize assets and landing pages for different platforms.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing/Management/Economics or similar.
• 2 years experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Portuguese and good level of English.
• Real team-player, proactive, autonomous and responsible.
• Good organizational skills.

ROLE

Campaign Support & Execution: Support the setup, management, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and assist with performance dashboards and reporting activities to support data-driven decisions.

Market & Competitor Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and contribute to more effective advertising strategies.

Creative & Copy Coordination: Work closely with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creative assets, ad copy, and landing pages adapted to different platforms and audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred)

Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (2 years required)

Strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing

Good analytical skills and attention to detail

Fluent in Portuguese and good level of English

Real team-player - Proactive, autonomous and responsible

Good organizational skills
