Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Mendix Developer to join a remote role supporting production-grade Mendix applications. You will collaborate with international teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement on feature delivery.

The role offers a remote setup within Portugal, with a focus on agile delivery and high-quality software development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Mendix development.
• Experience maintaining production-grade Mendix applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Experience managing development backlogs and delivering features with developers and business stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining application features.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with focus on quality, performance and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with international, cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills>
