Job summary

Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Mendix Developer to join a remote role supporting production-grade Mendix applications. You will collaborate with international teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement on feature delivery.

The role offers a remote setup within Portugal, with a focus on agile delivery and high-quality software development.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Mendix development.
Experience maintaining production-grade Mendix applications.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
Experience managing development backlogs and delivering features with developers and business stakeholders.
Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining application features.
Strong troubleshooting skills with focus on quality, performance and continuous improvement.
Experience working with international, cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
