We are looking for a Mendix Expert Developer :

RESPONSABILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong professional experience in Mendix development, with the ability to design, develop and maintain complex enterprise-level applications.
• Proven experience defining solution architecture aligned with enterprise architecture principles and development best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, robust and maintainable technical solutions.
• Strong expertise in designing complex domain models, microflows, integrations, security models and application architectures.
• Experience integrating Mendix applications with enterprise systems, cloud services, databases and APIs.
• Knowledge of application performance optimisation, scalability, security and operational resilience.
• Experience conducting code reviews, defining development standards and ensuring software quality.
• Proven technical leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding Mendix development teams.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement, assess new Mendix capabilities and contribute to technical roadmaps.
• Experience documenting solution architecture, technical decisions and development standards to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
