Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist (MICES) in Lisbon for a 12-month contract. The role requires delivering high-quality medical information across multiple channels, in English and Portuguese, with focus on timely responses and regulatory compliance.

You will document interactions, report adverse events, and support country-level MI activities. A life science degree is required with 1–2 years of relevant experience; a pharmacy degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in life science or healthcare field is required.
• 1-2 years of medical information or customer service experience preferred.
• English (C1) and Portuguese (native) language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, webform, live chat or postal mail within required timelines and SOP.
• Document inquiries and responses accurately according to SOP/WI and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints within timelines.
• Support CI opportunities and participate in process improvements.
