Jobtailor is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the Key Account Manager team with coordinating congresses, travel, accommodation, registrations, and documentation. You will plan medical events promoted by Widex, coordinate congress presence, and create invitations, newsletters, brochures, landing pages, and content.

You will monitor budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to value creation and relationship building while traveling across Portugal as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, or Event Management.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, events, healthcare, the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, or similar environments.
• Experience managing events, suppliers, budgets, and projects.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint skills and comfortable use of Excel.
• Experience creating communication materials and using Canva.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, a service-oriented mindset, and a passion for teamwork.
• Proactive and resilient, with ability to respond calmly to last-minute changes.
• Willingness to travel within Portugal and occasionally participate in weekend events.
• Knowledge of healthcare sector or regulatory processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Key Account Manager team with administrative and operational coordination of congresses, travel, accommodation, registrations, and documentation.
• Plan and execute medical events promoted by Widex, including clinical sessions, workshops, training sessions, advisory boards, and scientific meetings.
• Coordinate the brand’s presence at congresses, from planning stands and materials to liaising with suppliers and providing on-site support.
• Create communication materials, including invitations, newsletters, brochures, landing pages, presentations, and event content.
• Monitor the Medical department’s annual budget, tracking expenses, variances, and information to support decision-making.
• Ensure proper document organization and compliance with requirements, including processes with Infarmed and the preparation of audit evidence.
• Evaluate results and opportunities for improvement, helping to create value, build brand awareness, and foster lasting relationships.
