Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead Medical Devices manufacturing operations, specializing in plastic injection moulding. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant production while meeting quality, delivery, and productivity targets in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher engineering qualification in manufacturing/industrial management or a related technical field.
• Proven experience applying Lean Six Sigma and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with SPC and continuous improvement in regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of MES/ERP systems and their role in production.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and company quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as OEE, efficiency, scrap, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure processes are controlled and validated and support validation, change control, risk management, and CAPA.
