Yazaki North America, Inc. in Aveiro region seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Injection Molding & Machines. You will lead daily maintenance activities, optimize molding processes, and ensure readiness of tooling for production starts, while coordinating costs and spare parts management.

The role requires strong leadership, technical rigor, and knowledge of SM/PM systems like SAP, with a focus on safety and 5S workplace organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10 years in plastic injection molding and mold maintenance.
• Experience in team leadership or coordination roles.
• Working proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Lead, coordinate, and provide daily technical support to maintenance teams (Corrective & Preventive Maintenance).
• Define operational priorities in line with Production and Planning requirements.
• Analyze shift daily production and maintenance reports to address deviations.
• Define and ensure preventive maintenance plans for injection molds and machinery (Engel, Arburg, Nissei).
• Coordinate spare parts management and optimize inventory of consumables.
• Prepare, set up, and validate injection molding machines and tooling for production startup.
