AUTODOC is seeking a Marketplace Onboarding and Integration Specialist to own the technical onboarding journey, streamline seller integrations, and manage feed aggregator partnerships across Europe. Based in Portugal with hybrid work options, you will collaborate with internal teams to reduce time-to-market and improve catalog quality.
You will work with Account Management, Product, Tech, and Assortment teams to scale the marketplace infrastructure, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven
Qualificações
- 3+ years in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Experience with feed management, data mapping and API integrations.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Support sellers with catalog onboarding and feed integrations to speed time-to-market.
- Troubleshoot listing issues with Account Management, Tech, and Product teams.
- Manage relationships with feed aggregators and onboard new partners.
- Provide technical documentation and assist with commercial discussions.
- Identify onboarding challenges and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech to enhance integration capabilities.
- Track KPIs and drive data-driven improvements in onboarding quality.
