AUTODOC is hiring a Marketplace Onboarding and Integration Specialist in Portugal. You will own the technical onboarding journey, streamline seller integration, and manage feed aggregator partnerships to accelerate catalog activation across Europe.

Work closely with Account Management, Product, Tech and Assortment teams, resolving listing friction and driving scalable solutions that support commercial expansion. Fluency in English is required, with Portuguese market focus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in e-commerce, marketplace ops, or tech account management.
• Experience with feed management tools, data mapping and API integrations.
• SQL or data analysis skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist sellers with onboarding, feed integrations, and product imports to speed time-to-market.
• Troubleshoot listing issues with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth catalog activation.
• Maintain relationships with feed aggregators and onboard new partners as needed.
• Provide technical documentation and support commercial discussions with aggregators.
• Identify recurring onboarding challenges and propose improvements to reduce activation time.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to enhance integration capabilities and tools.
• Track KPIs for seller activation and catalog quality, propose data-driven improvements.

About the role

As our Marketplace continues to rapidly scale across European markets, we are dedicated to accelerating seller activation and expanding our product catalog offer. Currently, our Account Managers handle product feed integrations and technical support tasks, which fragments specialized technical expertise and takes time away from driving high-value seller sales growth.

To help us with achieving this, we are hiring a Marketplace Onboarding and Integration Specialist to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will take full ownership of the technical onboarding journey, streamlining seller integration, managing feed aggregator partnerships, and resolving technical listing friction points before they impact our partners.

In this position, you will work toward significantly reducing time-to-market for seller catalogs, driving catalog quality, and scaling our marketplace infrastructure across Europe. You will collaborate closely with internal Account Management, Product, Tech, and Assortment teams, as well as external feed aggregators. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced e-commerce scale-up, serve as a subject matter expert, and build scalable technical solutions that directly influence our commercial expansion.

What you will do

• Support sellers with product catalog onboarding, feed integrations, and product imports to accelerate time-to-market.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical listing issues in collaboration with Account Management, Tech, and Product teams.
• Manage relationships with feed aggregators, ensuring existing integrations remain effective and onboarding new feed aggregator partners based on seller demand.
• Coordinate with feed aggregators by providing technical documentation, facilitating integrations, and supporting commercial discussions where required.
• Identify recurring onboarding and product listing challenges and propose process improvements to reduce seller activation time.
• Partner with Product and Tech teams to enhance Marketplace integration capabilities, seller onboarding tools, and catalog management processes.
• Track seller activation KPIs and recommend data-driven initiatives to improve overall onboarding efficiency and listing quality.

Qualifications

What you bring to the role

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or technical account management.
• Demonstrated expertise working with feed management tools, data mapping, and API integrations.
• Proven track record in catalog management, product data normalization, and resolving technical listing friction.
• Strong project management skills with a clear track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear instructions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English (our official corporate language).
• Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
