Cyncly is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to cover maternity leave in Caparica, Lisbon area, with hybrid work options. You will manage lead and customer lifecycle programs in Marketo, ensuring accurate data flows and reliable lead delivery to Sales across multiple CRM instances.

You will troubleshoot data issues, support de-duplication efforts, and report to the Global Programs Director in a fast-moving global organization focused on operational continuity.
