Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a high‑energy marketing professional to join the Belgium Team and lead the localization and optimization of advertising campaigns. You will collaborate across functions to strengthen brand preference and deliver high-impact projects on time.

You will develop agile project plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and work across marketing channels to measure and maximize campaign impact, all while thriving in a fast‑paced growth environment.

What you'll do :

• You will join the Belgium Team to bring to life our marketing strategy - optimize and localize the best advertisements, deliver high quality projects in a timely manner.
• You will identify and structure, together with your team, key challenges and the best action plans to strengthen Emma's brand preference.
• You will develop project plans with an agile and results-oriented approach.
• You will communicate and manage statuses of project tasks with different teams.
• You will be able to work with different marketing channels and assess the impact of your projects.

• You speak fluent English and French or Dutch.
• You have collaborative skills and an analytical mindset.
• You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.
• You are structured and organized.
• You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are hands‑on and can take complete ownership of your channels
