Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a motivated student to join our logistics and operations team. You will support the expedition process from manufacturer to customer and help optimize day-to-day workflows.

The role requires fluent French and English, and you will use Excel and Power BI while collaborating with teams across Europe. Pursuing a degree in Business or Engineering is ideal, with strong data skills and initiative.

• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong data analysis and numerical skills.
• Process-driven with a passion for optimizing workflows.
• Excellent communicator with global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Support expedition process from manufacturer to final customers ensuring service is best-in-class.
• Assist day-to-day tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Contribute to strategic coordination of warehouses/drop shipping sites in Europe.
• Work with the global logistics team to align procedures with market insights.
• Collaborate across functions to define process improvements.
• Support system integrations and identify weaknesses for optimization.

What you'll do

• You will support all the expedition process of our products, from the manufacturer to the final customers ensuring our service is the best-in-class in the market
• You will support day-to-day tasks and routines to make sure operations run smoothly
• You will support and help in the strategic coordination of our warehouses/drop shipping sites in Europe
• You will work closely with our global logistics team to assist on creating the strategy that connects the procedure with your market insights
• You will work across functions with other teams and define process improvements to ensure that operations run smoothly
• You will support the team with system integrations, identify system and process weaknesses and develop suggestions for its optimization

Who we're looking for:

• You are fluent in French and English
• You are pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, and ideally have experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• You are skilled in data analysis, enjoying working with numbers and finding ways to improve them
• You are process-driven, with a passion for optimizing workflows and driving efficiency
• You are an excellent communicator, ready to collaborate with teams across the globe
• You are eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• You are available to start in the next two months
