Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a proactive marketing professional to join our fast‑growing French Team, localize the best advertisements, deliver high quality projects in a timely manner, and strengthen Emma's brand presence across Europe.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams, own campaigns from planning to execution, manage stakes with stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning in a diverse, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in marketing project management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Join the French Team to localize ads and deliver high-quality projects.

What you'll do :

• You will join our French Team to bring to life our marketing strategy - optimize and localize the best advertisements, deliver high quality projects in a timely manner.


• You will identify and structure, together with your team, key challenges and the best action plans to strengthen Emma's brand preference.


• You will develop project plans with an agile and results-oriented approach.


• You will communicate and manage statuses of project tasks with different teams.


• You will be able to work with different marketing channels and assess the impact of your projects.

Who we're looking for:

• You speak fluent English and French.


• You have collaborative skills and an analytical mindset.


• You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.


• You are structured and organized.


• You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.


• You are hands-on and can take complete ownership of your channels
