CBT in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Marketing Expert Representative to support advertisers in the Polish market. You will assist clients by phone and email, help small to mid-sized advertisers improve results, and collaborate with account managers to identify opportunities.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Expert Representative to support advertisers in the Polish market. In this role, you will help improve the advertising experience, resolve issues, and support clients in achieving better business results.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong client-service mindset, consultative sales skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Contact new and existing customers by phone and email
• Support and develop a base of small and medium-sized advertisers
• Advise clients on how to meet their business goals
• Identify and qualify opportunities for account managers
• Handle customer questions and troubleshooting
• Use tools such as MS Excel and Salesforce
• Share product and client feedback with internal teams
• Build long-term relationships with advertisers and agencies

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Polish and good English communication skills

Training

• 12 working days
• 8 hours per day
• Start time between 08:30 and 09:30
• Training includes:
  • Team integration
  • New software training
  • Product and service training
  • Customer management training
  • On-the-job practice

Working Conditions

• 40 hours per week
• 8 hours per day + 1 hour lunch
• Rotational shifts
• Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: 760.00 €
• Christmas allowance: 63.33 €
• Holiday allowance: 63.33 €
• Meal allowance: 154.00 €
  • equivalent to 7.00 € per day
• Total package compensation: 1,240.67 €
  • including benefits-in-kind

Additional Package Details

• Apartment benefit-in-kind: 200 € with apartment / 0 € without apartment
• Health insurance from day one
• Meal allowance provided via debit card, usable in restaurants, cafeterias, and supermarkets
• Income tax and social security are deducted from gross compensation
• Social security tax: 11%
• Holiday and Christmas bonuses are included in the compensation structure
• 22 days annual leave under Portuguese law

Accommodation

• Company-rented apartment option available for eligible candidates
• Available for at least the first 14 months
• Only for candidates living more than 100 km from the workplace
