Optitex, a global provider of fashion and textile software, seeks a Marketing Operator who builds with AI. You will own HubSpot end-to-end, design and automate workflows, and replace manual work with reliable systems.

You’ll ship AI-powered marketing workflows, measure impact, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and product to turn ideas into shipped results. This role is remote in Portugal and focuses on scalable automation.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in marketing operations, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
• 2+ years hands-on HubSpot expertise: admin, workflows, lead management, reporting.
• Experience with automation platforms beyond just AI chat tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own AI workflows for content creation, campaign execution, and sales enablement.
• Identify repetitive marketing tasks and design, deploy, and measure automation.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools into the marketing stack.
