NedGraphics, Inc. is seeking a Marketing AI & Automation Specialist in a remote-Portugal role. You will own HubSpot end-to-end, build AI-driven marketing workflows, and automate repetitive tasks to free the team for strategic work.

The role requires 2+ years in marketing operations and hands-on HubSpot experience, plus familiarity with Zapier/Make/n8n and related tools. Join a leading textile design software group under Optitex and the Dorado Software Group, with a global footprint and a focus

Qualificações

Portfolio of AI/automation workflows built and shipped in a marketing context.
2+ years in marketing operations, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
2+ years hands-on HubSpot administration, workflows, lead management, reporting.
Working fluency with automation platforms beyond just using AI chat tools.
Ability to document a process so a non-technical colleague can run it.
A data-driven mindset: prove whether a workflow moved the needle with numbers.
Clear written communication.

Responsabilidades

Build, manage, and scale AI workflows for content creation, campaigns, and sales enablement.
Identify repetitive marketing tasks and design automation to replace them.
Evaluate and integrate AI tools into the marketing stack.
Write prompts, set guardrails, and document workflows for team use.
Own output quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
