Algomarketing is seeking an Innovation Manager to lead the Portugal COE, driving AI adoption, automation, and cutting-edge workflows. You will own the innovation roadmap, inspire teams, and build scalable prototypes (FOAK) that deliver tangible value across departments.

You will mentor a high-performing team, architect technical solutions with Google Apps Script, and act as a bridge between the Innovation group and the wider business, ensuring practical, user-friendly outcomes.

Qualificações

• Deep understanding of AI/Automation landscape and LLMs.
• Proven track record delivering automations or products.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams to adopt new workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Champion Innovation: lead Portugal workshops and Vision Sessions.
• Mentorship & Coaching: guide teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Architect FOAK automations and AI prompts to prove viability.
• Bridge technical translation between Innovation and business units.
• Design scalable innovation frameworks for repeatable outcomes.
