Web Summit is seeking a Partnership Sales Executive to join our Dublin / Lisbon office. You will identify and prospect the world’s leading tech brands to partner at our global conferences, elevating brands through unique exhibition and sponsorship opportunities.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop and execute plans, and build relationships with executives across multiple industries. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with a proven record in high-growth environments.

Qualificações

• Direct B2B sales experience in relevant industries, ideally tech or events.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Minimum of 3 years in a high growth or scale-up environment.
• Experience with forecasting and pipeline management using a CRM.
• Proven ability to close partnerships across multiple channels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop monthly and quarterly business development plans to hit revenue targets.
• Identify and prospect world-leading companies for partnership opportunities.
• Build relationships with Fortune 500 executives and events professionals.
• Own discovery and solutioning aligned with partner priorities.
• Articulate the value of a diverse, technical audience to partners.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to implement go-to-market strategies.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new and existing partners.
• Contribute to Web Summit's global expansion strategy as part of the team.
