Job summary

Adecco Recruitment is recruiting a Payroll Specialist – Fluent English for its SSC in Porto. You will review time records, interpret pay rules, and support migration and testing as part of building an international payroll team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or payroll experience, 3 years in payroll processing, and strong Time & Attendance knowledge. Experience with UKG or Kronos is preferred; for the right candidate, this is a chance to join a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent payroll experience.
• 3 years of payroll processing and time administration experience.
• Strong understanding of Time & Attendance and payroll integration processes.
• Experience supporting payroll testing and reconciliation activities.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate employee time records within the Time & Attendance system.
• Ensure accurate interpretation of pay rules, schedules and labour agreements.
• Monitor attendance exceptions and resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in payroll-related requirements gathering workshops.
• Validate migrated employee timekeeping and historical records.
• Perform parallel payroll testing and reconciliation activities.
• Support payroll integration testing with UKG.
