SEPTA seeks a Management Analyst to deliver high-level data analysis, dashboards, and executive presentations from the Chief of Staff’s Office. You will manage confidential personnel data, streamline interdepartmental workflows, and support leadership with performance reporting.

Requirements include a business or analytics degree with senior-level analytical experience, plus expertise in Tableau/Power BI and MS Office. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a defined pension plan.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, or related field with 5+ years of analytical experience.
• Master’s degree can substitute experience (3 years minimum).
• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI visualization tools.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Analyze and prepare confidential reports; act as administrator for SuccessFactors.
• Prepare statistical/analytical dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Provide administrative support to Chief of Staff’s Office.
• Develop KPI presentations for executive staff.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication of financial/statistical data.
• Plan and monitor multi-department meetings and reporting procedures.
