Job summary
Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Power BI Business Analyst to design and maintain analytical models and dashboards that support executive decision-making and benefits realization across initiatives. You will collaborate with Portfolio Management, Finance and Business Owners to define metrics, baselines and monetization parameters, ensuring auditable value tracking and standardized reporting.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for complex, structured models.
- Experience building Power BI dashboards for executive reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Benefits Realization and value quantification.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain business and financial models to quantify benefits.
- Define KPIs, baselines, targets and monetization parameters.
- Develop Benefits Performance Dashboards in Power BI for executives.
- Ensure standardization of measurement methodologies and governance.
- Translate complex inputs into clear, structured models and dashboards.
- Collaborate with Portfolio, Finance, Business and project teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
