Qualifications

8+ years in BI/Data Analytics with MS BI stack.
Expert SQL skills: CTEs, joins, subqueries, aggregations.
Advanced DAX knowledge with time intelligence.
Strong Power BI ecosystem skills: Desktop, Service, gateway, RLS, workspaces.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze data from diverse sources.
Develop time-series SQL queries for historical data retrieval.
Integrate custom parameters into SQL within Power BI to improve performance.
Author and optimize complex DAX calculations and time intelligence measures.
Troubleshoot performance and ensure efficient dashboard refreshes.
Provide guidance, code reviews, and governance for junior/mid developers.
