Oliver Wyman is seeking a Data and Analytics Analyst to create and maintain dashboards and reports connected to the operations of Oliver Wyman. Our ideal candidate not only understands the technical sides of reporting but is passionate about the field of analytics where they can use their problem-solving skills and creativity to uncover the “Why” for the analysis.

The role partners with stakeholders to define reporting needs, develop data sets and analytics content, and support decision-making

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in business analytics and business support functions.
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau to design, develop and deploy dashboards.
• 3+ years of SQL/PLSQL development experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; English fluency required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting and analytics needs and develop solutions.
• Assist in development and delivery of new data sets, metrics and analytics content.
• Assist with identification and deployment of efficiencies and enhancements in reporting and analytics.
• Support analytics community training and awareness of data models and tools.
• Provide data sourcing, preparation and visualization support to convert offline reporting to the new analytics platform.
• Partner with data architects to define data requirements for BI visualizations and tools.
• Contribute to ongoing BI and data warehousing initiatives within the organization.
