You will maintain supplier records, classify invoices by ATA codes, and support cost-control initiatives while collaborating with vendors and aircraft manufacturers to optimize maintenance spend.

Excellent English skills, strong attention to detail and team collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• University degree in Management or Economics; 4+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and financial control capabilities.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and monitor maintenance invoices to ensure charges match the budget.
• Maintain and update invoices, warranties, POs and cost programs.
• Code and record invoices by ATA and ensure proper accounting integration.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to support service quality.
• Keep updated registers on aircraft details, maintenance rates and providers.
• Process warranty claims and track credits for timely reimbursement.
• Support cost-control programs and savings analysis to identify spend optimizations.
• Assist team on maintenance finance projects and trend analysis.
• Engage with vendors and manufacturers to secure favorable cost agreements.
