NetJets IP, LLC will recruit a Billing Specialist responsible for the end-to-end monthly invoicing for Owner accounts from Paço de Arcos. The role requires producing accurate, multi-currency invoices and handling Owner queries with a professional, proactive approach.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 2–4 years of billing or finance experience, fluent Business English, and strong numerical skills to support internal departments and the Sales/Owner

Qualificações

• Experience in billing or finance roles.
• Strong numerical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in Business English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Create complex multi-currency monthly invoices using a web-based billing system.
• Respond to Owner queries within 24 hours with exceptional service.
• Serve as first point of contact for program queries from Owners and internal teams.
• Build and maintain Owner relationships to enable excellent service and issue resolution.
• Attend meetings with Owners to resolve issues and identify needs.
