NetJets Europe in Portugal is seeking an FP&A Analyst to partner with finance teams and business units, ensuring aircraft Maintenance costs and reporting align with strategy, delivering timely analyses and reliable indicators for strategic planning.

You will work with the ELT, prepare cash flow, ROI metrics, and scenarios, support monthly closes, and develop meaningful KPIs from data to guide business decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software and financial databases.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in analytics tools.
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel with advanced formulas).
• Fluency in business English and ability to present financial data.

Responsabilidades

• Support the line manager and area controller lead in working with the Executive leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term aircraft maintenance costs and strategic plan.
• Prepare business plans, cash flow analysis, ROI metrics, P&L impacts, scenarios and sensitivity analysis for ELT.
• Prepare ongoing business reviews with different scenarios and financial indicators for strategy planning.
• Support monthly reporting and closing accounts, explaining variances and ensuring accurate indicators.
• Liaise with business units to assess needs that FP&A can fulfill for investments and new products/services.
• Develop ad-hoc reports to provide accurate data for department actions.
