Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential target M&A opportunities and evaluate their fit with existing business models.
• Build and maintain a detailed opportunity funnel to ensure a steady deal flow.
• Build and maintain a detailed M&A broker contact list.
• Collecting and consolidating company and industry data.
• Gather information related to M&A target companies via publicly available information.
• Build and maintain internal databases, and regularly update the team.
• Setup meetings with potential targets and senior management.
• Build and maintain relationship with potential sellers and brokers.
• Identify and evaluate industry verticals for investment opportunities.
